摘　　要： 伴随着微博等新媒体的广泛传播,民意表达的声音此起彼伏,来势汹汹。给传统的社会管理模式带来严峻挑战。必须转变思维模式迎接正面民意,而不是简单压制民意。新媒体时代,通过搜集并整理民间怨语,对于调查社会心态,听取民意,进而引领、疏导民意,调节社会情绪,是一条难得而有效的途径。网络社区怨语与现实社会管理的交叉研究无疑对佛山市转变社会管理思维模式具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。 Accompanied by widespread dissemination of micro-blog and other new media,the voice of public opinion increases day by day,which brings serious challenges to traditional social management model.The thinking mode must be changed to meet the positive public opinion rather than simply suppressing public opinion.In the era of new media,through the collection and organization of civil complaints,it would be a rare and effective way to investigate social mentality,listen to public opinions,and then lead and direct public opinion to adjust social emotion.The cross-over study on network community complaints and the reality of social management has undoubtedly a great significant theoretical meaning and practical value on the transformation of social management thinking mode in Foshan.
