摘 要: 用水热合成法以硝酸锌、氟康唑(HFlu)、甲酸为原料合成了一种新颖的配合物,利用单晶X射线、元素分析、等对配合物进行了表征.单晶X射线衍射分析的结果表明:标题化合物属于三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,晶胞参数为a=10.503(10),b=11.745(11),c=14.122(13),α=90.808(11),β=105.841(11),γ=101.996(11).锌采用六配位的模式,且位于变形的八面体中心,每个锌原子分别与4个各异氟康唑上的三氮唑[Zn-N=2,156(2)]的4-号氮原子以及两个甲酸根[Zn-O=2.086(2)或者是2.137(5)]进行配位. A coordination polymer containing divalent zinc,fluconazole,formic acid radical has been obtained by hydrothermal method.Its structure was determined by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis with the following crystal data:triclinic space group P-1,a = 10.503(10) ,b = 11.745(11) ,c= 14.122(13) ,α= 90.808(11) ,β= 105.841(11) ,γ= 101.996(11) .The mode of Zinc was Six coordination and located the center of distortion octahedral,Each zinc center was coordinated to four triazole nitrogen[Zn-N=2,156(2) ] atoms from distinct fluconazole ligands and a pair of formic acid radical[Zn-O=2.086(2) or.137(5) ].
