对乙烯基苄基三丁基氯化鏻及其杀菌活性研究

摘  要: 用对氯甲基苯乙烯和三丁基膦合成对乙烯基苄基三丁基氯化鏻(简称三丁基季鏻盐),对其结构进行表征,并研究了其热稳定性和抗菌活性。结果表明三丁基季鏻盐具有良好的热稳定性;MIC(最低杀菌浓度)法测定结果表明,三丁基季鏻盐对大肠杆菌(E.coli)的MIC为0.4g/L,对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)的MIC为0.3g/L;用熔融挤出法制备三丁基季鏻盐接枝低密度聚乙烯类抗菌塑料,当三丁基季鏻盐的质量分数达到2.13%时对E.coli的杀菌率达到96.0%,对S.aureus的杀菌率达到99.0%以上,当三丁基季鏻盐质量分数达到3.20%时对2种细菌的杀菌率都达到99.9%以上。 : Tributyl-3-[(and with 3-(and 4-) 4-) vinylbenzyl] phosphonium chloromethylstyrene and tributylphosphine. chloride was synthesised The molecule structure of phosphonium salt was illustrated . The heat stability and antimicrobial activity of the compound was studied. The results indicate that the thermal stability of the phosphonium is excellent. The result of MIC test indicate that the minimal inhibitory concentrations of the tributyl phosphonium salt against E. coli and S. aureus are 0.4 g/L and 0. 3 g/L, respectively. Quaternary phosphonium salts grafted LDPE antibacterial plastics was prepared by melting squeezing. When the quarter phosphonium salt mass ratio is 2.13%, the antibacterial rate is 96.0% for E. coli, and above 99.0% for S. aureus. It's with strong antibacterial effect when the quarter phosphonium salt mass ratio is 3.20%,and the antibacterial rate are more than 99.9%for S. aureus and E. coll.
