摘 要: 为了提高汽车制动系统的虚拟研发速度,利用VC++6.0的编程环境和ADAMS可执行批处理文件的功能,以ADAMS/CAR软件为基础平台,开发了汽车制动性能仿真分析系统。通过VC++前台开发出友好、方便、易用的人机交互界面,用户在使用此软件时,只需在此界面中输入整车结构参数及仿真设置参数,系统在后台获取这些参数并转换为需要对ADAMS进行的操作命令后封装入acar.cmd文件中,ADAMS调用此文件后即可自动实现整车虚拟模型建立及计算仿真,并获取仿真试验数据。设计人员利用此系统,可提高虚拟模型的建模效率,大大减少汽车制动系统研究与设计的工作量。 To speed up the virtual development of the automobile braking system,VC++6.0 programming environment and the function of ADAMS are applied to execute the batch files based on the ADAMS/CAR software,and the simulation and analysis system for automotive braking system is developed as well.Then a friendly convenient and the flexible man-machine conversation interface are developed by VC++ foreground.When the software is used,the user only is required to input the vehicle parameters and set the simulation parameters,which will be obtained from the backstage of the system and transformed to the ADAMS operating commands and encapsulated in acar.cmd file.ADAMS will automatically create a virtual model and simulate after executing the acar.cmd file,so that the data of the simulation is got.With the application of the system the modeling efficiency for virtual model is improved,which reduce the work load on study and design of braking system greatly.
