摘 要: 应用近红外非破坏性测定技术,以单粒花生种子含油量为检测对象,在花生分离世代对变异个体的含油量性状进行定向选择。结果表明,在分离世代中花生个体间含油量的变异程度大于纯合群体,F2的变异程度更高;在花生分离世代中高油个体的出现频率较高,不同亲本组合间高油个体的出现频率有明显差异;试验经3个世代的定向选择,单株平均含油量得到明显提高,单株中高油个体的出现频率也因为进行定向选择而得到提高。可见,利用花生单粒种子含油量非破坏性测定技术在分离世代对变异个体含油量性状进行定向选择是有效的。 The directional selection for high oil content of variation individuals in segregation generations of peanut was carried out with nondestructive determination for oil content of a single seed by near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (MRS). The variation degrees of oil content among different individuals in segregation generations were higher than those of pure lines, and the highest was in F2 generation. The occurrence frequency of high oil content individuals was also high in segregation generations, and had significant differences in parental combinations. In this research the average of oil content per plant was increased markedly through directional selection of 3 generations. The occurrence frequency of high oil content individuals per plant was also increased by directional selections. The results showed that the directional selection for high oil content in segregation generations based on single seed individuals was effective to apply the nondestructive determination for oil content of a single seed with NIRS.
