摘 要: 以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(HX)和丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为主要原料,合成了三官能度PUA(聚氨酯丙烯酸酯)低聚物。探讨了PUA合成的影响因素,并利用红外光谱(FT-IR)法对PUA结构进行了表征。研究结果表明:当反应温度为70℃、w(催化剂)=0.04%、w(阻聚剂)=0.04%和反应时间为3.5~4.0 h时,相应三官能度PUA低聚物呈无色透明状,并具有较高的光聚合反应活性;以此为基体树脂,相应UV固化三官能度PUA胶粘剂的综合性能良好。 With hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer(HX) and hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA) as main raw materials,a three-functional PUA(polyurethane acrylate) oligomer was made.The influences of some factors on PUA's synthesis were discussed,and the PUA's structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) method.The research results showed that the three-functional PUA oligomer with colorless and transparent characteristics had higher reaction activity of photopolymerization,and corresponding UV-curable three-functional PUA adhesive had good combination property when reaction temperature and reaction time were 70 ℃ and 3.5-4.0 h respectively,and mass fractions of catalyst and polymerization inhibitor were all 0.04%.
