摘　　要： 论文采用德尔菲法对国内公共图书馆总分馆制运作情况展开调查,调查重点是总分馆管理层级、建设的障碍以及采取的措施,以期通过调查为我国总分馆制建设提供依据。 This paper adopts Delphi Method to launch the investigation to the operating situation of the Central and Branch Library System of public library in our country, which focal point is the management level and the construction obstacle of the Central and Branch Library System and measures, expecting to offer basis for the construction of the Central and Branch Library System in our country through the investigation.
