摘　　要： 专利联盟的不断出现使得企业专利战略面临一种新的环境。运用SWOT分析方法讨论了专利联盟中成员企业实施专利战略的内部优势和劣势、外部机遇和威胁,从微观、中观和宏观3个角度讨论了专利联盟这个新的环境所产生的影响。 The constant occurrence of the patent pool makes enterprise＇ s patent strategy face a new environment. By using SWOT analysis method, this paper discusses the internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats of the member enterprises of patent pool in implementing the patent strategy, and from microcosmic angle, medium angle and macroscopic angle, probes into the influence of the patent pool, a new environment.
