摘　　要： 作者通过几个实例介绍了数学期望在物流管理中进行决策、选择最优采购批量、最优库存量以及设备维护问题等方面的应用,说明了数学期望在物流管理中的作用。 This paper introduces the application of mathematical expectation in logistics management such as making decisions, choosing the optimal purchase batch size and the optimal stock quantity,maintaining the equipments and other aspects through several examples,which illustrates the role of mathematical expectation in logistics management.
