摘　　要： 我国农地金融制度滥觞于上世纪三四十年代,这一时期重在对国外农地金融制度的介绍、比较及其对我国的启示。大陆改革开放以后,农地金融制度曾有试点,理论研究上延续了以往国内外制度比较研究的路径,但更突出了制度试点的现实背景及其争议。争议的焦点是农地金融制度的必要性与可行性,在必要性上基本上形成了建立该制度的共识;在可行性上则存在较大的分歧,分歧源于农村土地权利配置的现状。消除分歧与推动农地金融制度建构需要研究转向。 China＇s farmland financial system was started in 30s and 40s in last century, concentrating on the introduction of foreign peers and the comparison and reference to China at that period. After the reform and opening-up in Mainland, it was put on trial basis, its theorical research continues to dwell on institutional comparison home and abroad, and more focus on its backdrop and disputes of trial. The bulleye of dispute is its necessity and feasibility, as to the necessity, many basics in common has been achieved, but dispute derives from the current situation of farmland rights allocation. To solve dispute and promote the construction of farmland financial system requires diversion in research.
