摘　　要： 华侨华人作为中西文化交流的主体,为广东带来了城乡景观的特异性、多元化和融合性。流行于西方国家的花园郊区住宅由于同样因素而出现在广州市华侨新村之内。本文以广州市华侨新村为例,试图探讨在西方理论和实跋影响下,中国本土化的花园郊区住宅为何出现,呈现出怎样的建筑风貌,而又向何处发展。 Because most of the oversea＂ s Chinese make the communication between China and the Westen world, Guangdong province has a special landscape. As a result, the popular Garden Suburb appeared in the Oversea＇ s Chinese New Village. This article try to explore why the Garden Suburb appeared, what the building forms are and how to develop.
