摘　　要： 针对不同考核活动,采用不同的指标集,提出使用专家分析法构建出一套用于公安系统队伍绩效考核的指标体系。此方案可以作为公安系统、政府及企事业单位的绩效考核参考。 For different assessment activities,using a different set of indicators,presents a solution used expert analysis to build an index system in performance assessment of public security department,and the solution also can be used as a reference in performance evaluation of the public security system,the government and enterprises.
