手术室护士评判性思维的培养途径及效果评价

摘  要: 目的:探讨手术室护士评判性思维能力的培养途径及其效果评价。方法:应用理论学习、PBL讨论、反思性教育法、循证护理学习法对34名手术室护士进行培训,在培训前和培训后1年组织护士填写评判性思维倾向的测量表(CTDI-CV),并进行对照分析。结果:培训前后CTDI-CV测量总分及各项目得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:评判性思维能力不会在临床环境中自然增强,运用多种形式的培训方法对提高手术室护士评判性思维能力是可行并有效的。 Objective: To investigate the training approaches of critical thinking and their impact to the nurses working in operation room. Methods:We applied several methods such as the applied theoretical learning, PBL discussion, reflective teaching, and evidence -based nursing to train 34 nurses who work in operation room. Each of them was asked to fill in a table of CTDI - CV before the training,as well as that after one - year training. Relevant results were presented and compared in detail. Results:The difference between the results obtained before the training and those after one - year training shows that there is a statistical significance (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion :The critical thinking capability of the nurses working in operation room won t accumulate naturally during the clinical practice. However,this can be trained effectively by means of training approaches as mentioned in this study.
