摘 要: 【目的】对南宁市土地资源生态安全状况进行评价,提出确保土地资源生态安全的对策,以促进南宁市土地资源的可持续利用。【方法】采用多指标综合评价法计算南宁市土地资源生态安全水平,并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。【结果】南宁市辖区处于生态安全风险区,其人口密度过大,各项基础设施建设与之脱节,同时过快的人口增长速度也造成了人均耕地面积急剧下降,从而造成市区生态环境恶化;隆安县、马山县、横县处于生态安全敏感区,其在土地利用、环境保护、经济发展、社会进步等方面的发展均处于一般水平;武鸣县、上林县、宾阳县处于生态安全良好区,这些地区土地利用结构相对合理,在粮食自给、环境保护、生态建设等方面相对较好。【建议】编制土地生态建设规划,制定土地生态保护措施;严格控制城市规模,提高土地集约利用水平;提高宣传和教育力度,强化公众土地生态安全意识;严格执行土地利用总体规划,加强生态用地管制;积极控制人口数量,提高人口质量,以确保南宁市土地资源生态安全。 [ Objective ]Ecological security of land resources was evaluated and its strategies were proposed to maintain sustainable utilization of regional land resources. [Method]The multi-index comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to calculate the level of ecological security of land resources. [Result]With large population density and insufficient infras- tructure, Nanning City was found to be at risks. Its ecological environment was further deteriorated by rapidly-growing population and dramatically decreasing land per capita. Long'an, Mashan and Hengxian were at sensitive level of ecologi- cal security, and their land utilization, environmental protection, economical and social developments were developing moderately. Wuming, Shanglin and Binyang County showed better level of ecological security with reasonable land structure, good food stuff supply, environmental protection and ecological construction. [ Suggestion ] Ecological security of land resources in Nanning City can be secured through planning land ecology, regulating ecology protection, controlling city scale, strengthening land utilization, reinforcing people's awareness on ecological security, strictly implementing land policies, safeguarding ecological land, keeping population at a rational level, and improving population quality.
