摘　　要： 在中国共产党的历史上,遵义会议有着极其重要的历史地位,而遵义会议精神的提出在时间上比井冈山精神、延安精神、古田会议精神等提出的时间都晚,这与遵义会议在中国近现代史的影响、地位很不相称,迄今为止关于遵义会议精神的表述尚无一个得到所有人认可的定论。应该从遵义会议召开的前后过程入手,这样才能更好地把握遵义会议精神的实质。结论为:勇于探索、循序渐进地追求真理的精神;由放弃对共产国际的盲目崇拜,到实现马克思主义理论"中国化"的精神;坚持民主集中制、倡导民主团结的精神;建立强有力的领导集体,实现独立自主、务求必胜的精神。 In the history of CCP, Zunyi conferrence enjoys a very important status as compared with other spirits like Jingganshan, Yan-an and Gu-tian, which does not match well with its influence and status in Chinese modern and contemporary history. However, there has been no universally accepted expression about Zunyi conference spirit so far. And we can grasp the essence of Zunyi conference spirit much better only if we study the process before and after Zunyi conference. The findings are as follows： we should observe the spirit of seeking truth in a brave and gradual way; we should follow the spirit of giving up the blind worship and sinicizing Marxism theory： we should insist upon the spirit of the democratic centralism and democratic solidarity; and we should stick to the spirit of setting up powerful leader-body and being independent and successful.
