摘 要: 以8成熟的‘高朗一号’毛叶枣(Zyiziphus mauritiana L.cv.Gao lang No.1)果实为材料,研究了以1μL/L1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理对毛叶枣果实采后贮藏[(25±1)℃,相对湿度60%~65%]生理的影响。结果表明:1-MCP处理显著降低了失重率和腐烂率,推迟了果实硬度的下降和果皮退绿;诱导了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性;延缓了丙二醛(MDA)的生成。 Indian jujube (Ziziphus mauritiana) fruits of the cultivar 'Gao lang No.l' were harvested at about 80% -matured stage and were exposed to 1 μL/L 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP). The fruit were then stored at (25±1)℃ and 60%-65% relative humidity and later assessed for physiological characteristics. 1-MCP treatment delayed the weight loss and decay incidence. Treating had a positive effect on the firmness of fruit and retention color. Treatment increased the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD), and reduced malondialdehyde (MDA) content.
