摘 要: 作为深圳市第一个交通无障碍环境总体性的专项规划研究课题,首先从识别深圳市交通无障碍环境特征和主要受益群体出行诉求入手,以通用设计理念为核心,通过无障碍出行活动物质载体识别和发生区域判断,推演全市无障碍出行需求强度分布,在此基础上针对性地提出差异化的分区发展规划指引。其次,从宏观目标策略层面、中观分区发展规划指引层面、微观精细化设计指引层面把城市道路、公共交通、交通枢纽、交通标识等各层面的无障碍设施要素进行系统整合,形成了系统、完备的无障碍交通体系。 A specialized planning study on barrier-free transportation in Shenzhen, the first of its kind in the city, can provide a lot of insights into city planning practices. The paper started from the identification of characteristics of Shen- zhen's barrier-free transportation network and a forecast of travel demands. By ap- plying universal design concepts, the paper analyzes the intensity distribution of the city's barrier-free travel demand, from which differentiated guidelines for devel- opment control is deduced. Then barrier-free transportation facilities such as road grid, public transport, and transportation and traffic signs are considered at all lev- els of plan making, including strategic plans, district development control plans and urban design guidelines. It is expected that the study on Shenzhen can pro- vide references for other cities in building a barrier-free transportation network.
