摘　　要： 高等教育尤其是地方高等教育的转型升级与地方经济的转型升级二者相互联系、相互促进。广州建设国家中心城市及其经济转型升级需要科技教育文化的强力支撑,这既为广州市属本科高校的转型升级带来了巨大压力,也为其转型升级提供了强大的动力和支持。广州市属本科高校服务地方经济转型升级有着地域、定位、文化、信息、资源、成本等诸多有利条件和优势,但也存在办学层次偏低、办学定位存在偏差、多重结构性矛盾并存等障碍因素。因此,广州市属本科高校必须以服务地方经济转型升级为实现自身转型升级的目标取向,构建具有战略性特征与综合整体功能的人才培养体系、具有先进性特征与服务引领功能的学科及科研创新体系、具有前沿性特征与国际化功能的中外合作体系。 Higher education＇ s, especially the local higher education＇ s transforming and upgrading is interlinked and mutually reinforcing with the local economy＇ s transforming and upgrading. Construction of the National Center City of Guangzhou and its economic transformation and upgrading needs the strong support of science and technology, education and culture, for the local colleges and universities＇ transforming and upgrad- ing that has brought great pressure, but also provides a powerful support. To serve the local economy＇s transforming and upgrading, the local col- leges and universities have many favorable conditions and advantages such as geographical, location, culture, information, resources, costs and oth- ers, but also there are some barriers such as low levels of education, school orientation bias, the coexistence of multiple structural problems and others. Therefore, the Guangzhou municipal undergraduate colleges and universities have to serve the local economic restructuring and upgrading to achieve the goal orientation of self-transformation and upgrading, and build a strategic and comprehensive features of the overall fimction of the personnel training system, with advanced features and services, leading academic and research functions of the innovation system, and c.utfing-edgc features and functionality of Sino-foreign cooperative international system.
