摘　　要： 阐明了开展海洋-大气-陆地相互作用与水分循环研究的重要意义、国际和国内的背景,以及开展研究的可行性;并提出21世纪研究的切入点。 The significance, the domestic and international progresses, and the feasibility in the research of the ocean-atmosphere-land surface interaction and water cycle are stressed. The preliminary studies for the research in the 21st century are also explored briefly in this paper.
