摘 要: 通过对国内外有关文献对"公司创业精神(Corporate Entrepreneurship)"的分析,梳理现有研究的贡献,并揭示存在的问题,认为现有的研究缺乏一个统一、科学、严谨、结构合理的关于公司创业精神及其与经营绩效关系的理论分析框架,是当前深化和推进有关研究必须克服的一个障碍。 With an overview of studies on corporate entrepreneurship in the field of performance, the author examines some problems on research in corporate entrepreneurship and performance and proposes that a lack of unified and rational theoretical framework for corporate entrepreneurship and performance is one of the most obstacles for the deepening and pushing the research on relationships between corporate entrepreneurship and performance.
