摘　　要： 能源生态化的进程不仅要依靠政府的职能以及能源企业的责任,公众参与也同样重要。文章结合国内外有关情况,对公众参与在能源生态化进程中的作用作出了初步的探讨,从能源环境社会性的内在需求以及如何提升政府决策品质对公众参与能源生态化的正当性进行分析,总结了公众参与能源生态化的基本模式,并且对公众参与能源生态化的路径做了较为全面的分析,并提出对策。 The ecological progress of energy relies not merely on government functions and responsibility of energy companies,but also on public participation.Based on the situation at home and abroad,this paper makes a preliminary study of the role of public participation in the ecological progress of energy,and analyzes the internal needs of the sociality of energy environment and the method of improving the government＇s decision-making quality in legitimatizing the public participation in the ecological progress of energy.Then it summarizes the basic patterns of public participation in the ecological progress of energy,makes a more comprehensive analysis of the participation path,and puts forward some countermeasures.
