摘 要: 通过对266名企业员工的问卷调查,探讨了人格特质、一般自我效能感与适应性绩效的关系,考察了一般自我效能感在人格特质与员工适应性绩效关系中的中介效应。结果表明:尽责性的成就动机维度以及情绪稳定性对适应性绩效有显著的正向预测作用;一般自我效能感对适应性绩效有显著的正向预测作用;一般自我效能感在尽责性的成就动机维度和适应性绩效的关系中起部分中介作用;一般自我效能感在情绪稳定性与适应性绩效的关系中起部分中介作用。 This study focuses on empirical study of 266 employees to explore the relationship between personality traits,general self-efficacy and adaptive performance.The study also examines the mediating effect of general self-efficacy between the personality traits and adaptive performance.The main findings are as follows: achievement motivation and emotional stability have positive effect on adaptive performance;general self-efficacy has positive effect on adaptive performance;general self-efficacy plays the partial mediating role between achievement motivation and adaptive performance;general self-efficacy also plays the partial mediating role between emotional stability and adaptive performance.
