纳米复合氧化物修饰碳糊电极在检测海洛因中的应用

摘  要: 应用自制的纳米复合氧化物对碳糊电极进行修饰,以该电极为工作电极,213型铂电极为对电极,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,研究海洛因对Belousov-Zhabotinsky(B-Z)振荡反应的影响.结果表明:按质量比2∶1制备的纳米复合氧化物/石墨粉纳米铁酸钴碳糊电极的振荡曲线规则、周期稳定、振幅较大、电极重现性好、使用时间长,使用该电极对海洛因的检测中发现,海洛因的加入明显地改变振荡体系的周期和振幅,即对振荡体系产生扰动,其对浓度1.54×10-5 mol/L的海洛因响应良好. Carbon paste electrode was modified with self-made nanometer composite oxide and then the influence of heroin on Belousov-Zhabotinsky(B-Z) oscillating reaction was investigated by using the modified carbon paste electrode as working electrode,a Type 213 platinum electrode as counter electrode,and a Type 217 saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode.It was shown by the investigation result that when the carbon paste electrode was modified with 2∶1 ratio of nanometer composite oxide to graphitic nanometer cobalt ferrite,the oscillation curve of the electrode was regular,its period was stable,amplitude was larger,electrode repeatability was fine,and service life was large.It was also found during the heroin detection that the addition of heroin would remarkably alter both the oscillating period and amplitude,namely the oscillation system would be disturbed by the heroin with concentration of 1.54×10-5 mol/L,resulting in a fine response.
