摘 要: 白介素21(interleukin-21,IL-21)是近年来报道的一种新的细胞因子,主要由活化的CD4+T细胞、NK细胞和Th17细胞产生,其受体是Ⅰ型细胞因子受体家族成员之一,具有共同的γ链受体。IL-21与其受体结合后可调节B细胞的增殖,促进T细胞、NK细胞的增殖、分化并能提高NK细胞杀伤活性。全文介绍了IL-21的分子结构和生物学活性,阐述了IL-21在寄生虫感染中的作用,旨在为进一步研究IL-21在寄生虫学上的应用提供参考。 Interleukin-21(IL-21) is a recently discovered cytokine,which is mainly produced by the activation of CD4+T cells,NK cells and Th17 cells.The receptor of IL-21 is one of the members of the typeⅠ cell factor receptor family,among which there is a common gamma chain receptor.Once combined with its receptor,IL-21 can regulate proliferation of B cell,promote proliferation and differentiation of T cells and NK cells to enhance killing activity.This review summarized the molecular structure and biological activity of IL-21,and its expression during parasite infection to provide reference for further applications of IL-21.
