摘 要: 为研究粉红色凤仙花叶的三种不同提取物对大肠埃希氏杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种三种细菌的抑制作用,用水、75%乙醇和75%丙酮分别提取凤仙花鲜花叶,获得凤仙花叶的粗提物。采用平板稀释涂布法对粗提物对三种细菌的抑菌效果进行检测,记录观察菌落数,计算抑菌率。结果表明:凤仙花叶的水提取物对大肠埃希氏杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用比枯草杆菌黑色变种强,且浓度越高,抑制性越强。当浓度为0.2 g/mL时,对三种细菌的抑菌率均达到最大,分别为99.92%、99.99%、99.98%。凤仙花叶的75%丙酮提取物和75%乙醇提取物对三种细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均为0.05 g/mL。综上所述,同种提取物的不同浓度对同种细菌的抑制作用存在明显的差异性,对三种细菌的抑制作用差异不明显。凤仙花叶不同提取物的抑菌效果存在差异,75%丙酮提取物和75%乙醇提取物均比水提取物作用强。 IN order to observe the inhibition of different extracts from pink Impatiens balsamina L.leaves on three bacteria,bacteriostatic effects of extracts of 75% ethanol,75% acetone and the aqueous extracts from pink Impatiens balsamina L.leaves on three bacteria of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis var.Niger were tested by gradient coating,and of colony and antibacterial ratio.Results showed:the antibacterial activity of Impatiens leaves water extract to Escherichiacoli and Staphylococcusau rehs was stronger than Bacillus subtilis var.Niger;and it showed that the higher the concentration of the extraction,the stronger the antimicrobial activity has.Effects of extracts of the aqueous extracts from pink Impatiens balsamina leaves on three bacteria of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis var.Niger were 99.92%、99.99% and 99.98% respectively with concentration of 0.2 g/mL,which is the strongest concentration.The minimal inhibition concentration(MIC) of both 75% ethanol and 75% acetone extracts from pink Impatiens balsamina L.leaves on three bacteria was 0.05 g/mL.In conclusion,the antimicrobial activity of different concentration of the same extract from Impatiens balsamina L.leaves on the same bacteria was significantly different,and on three bacteria was almost same.antimicrobial activities of three kinds of Impatiens balsamina L.leaves extracts with different solvents were different;those of the extracts of 75% acetone and 75% ethanol were better than the aqueous extracts.
