摘　　要： 民间资本介入自然保护区成为近年的发展趋势。然而，由于我国生态保护立法尚未健全，正外部性的权益和外部不经济性的责任缺乏有效匹配，民间资本的逐利性可能导致生态资源的过度和无序开发。为此，如何规避民间资本主体的机会主义行为，确保自然保护区生态服务价值的保值和增值，是迫切需要解决的问题。本文将民间资本介入作为驱动因素，将处于相对静态的生态服务价值置于其价值实现的动态过程中，探索性地提出生态服务价值链的概念。通过构建生态服务价值链模型，分析民间资本介入的自然保护区实现可持续发展的有效途径。本文在理论上具有创新意义，在实践中也将为规范民间资本主体的市场行为，实现生态资产的保值和增值提供科学参考。 The investment of private capital in nature reserves has become a trend in recent years. Due to the absence of related laws, rules and regulations, the interest seeking nature of private capital, however, might cause excess exploitation of nature reserves, which in turn would threaten its sustainable development. Thus, it is necessary to take measures to avoid the opportunism of private capital and ensure the sustainable development of ecosystem service value in nature reserves. This paper viewed private capital as the driven factor, brought static ecosystem service value in its dynamic realization process, and tried to put forward the concept of ecosystem service value chain. Further, this paper analyzed the efficient path to realize the sustainable development of nature reserves through the construction of ecosystem service value chain model. Theoretically, this paper has innovative significance. Practically, the results of this paper could be helpful for making decision about the sustainable development of ecosystem capital, and for the restrictions of private capital.
