摘　　要： 清末,罗马教廷正式指定中国长城以北蒙古地区为比利时、荷兰两国的"圣母圣心会"传教区,一直到新中国成立,内蒙古地区的天主教教务一直由圣母圣心会管理。在这段历史中圣母圣心会对于河套地区的水利建设、文化教育以及当地移民社会的形成曾有过不可忽视的作用。本文将从以上三个方面就圣母圣心会在河套地区的传播和所产生的影响进行了全面的分析。 At the end of the Qing dynasty,Curia Roman officially appointed the Mongolian area located the north of the Great Wall as the zone of spreading religion of Belgium and Holland for Congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary（CICM）.Till the establishment of the People＇s Republic of China,CICM had charge of the catholic affairs in the Mongolian area.During the period of the history,CICM had played a great role in hydraulic construction,cultural education and the form of the local immigrant society in Hetao region.From the three perspectives the paper will analyze the spread and impact of CICM in Hetao region.
