摘　　要： 通过生态系统服务价值演变的研究,分析城市化进程中土地利用可持续发展的思路。利用多年土地利用调查数据,将义乌市域生态系统分为农田、草地、森林、城镇居民点、河流/水库等五类,根据谢高地等提出的中国陆地生态系统单位面积生态服务价值当量表进行服务价值计算,结果表明:义乌市域生态系统服务价值由1996年的48.37×108元降至2009年的45.99×108元;自然地理与历史文化造就的生态系统每年为人类提供了价值巨大的服务,而城市化和人类对生态系统不恰当的利用导致了近年服务价值的快速下降。在此基础上提出了城市景观格局维持生态服务价值基本稳定的土地利用思路。 Analysis of the ideas of ？？sustainable development of land use in the process of urbanization is made through the fluctuation of the ecosystem services＇ value.The ecosystems were classified into forest,grassland,farmland,river / reservoir,and urban settlements by land use survey data of multiple years in Yiwu,and the evaluation was made according to the Unit Value Method in China raised by Xie and other experts.The results show that the ecosystem services＇ value in Yiwu had declined from 48.37 ×10^8 Yuan in 1996 to 45.99 × 10^8 Yuan in 2009.The ecosystems built by natural geography and historical cultures had provided tremendously valuable services for human being while the urbanization and inappropriate used by people in recent years had led to the rapid decline in ecosystem services＇ value.On this basis,the ideas of land use were proposed to maintain the basic stability of the ecosystem services＇ value.
