氢化丙烯酸松香/丙烯酸酯复合乳液的制备及其压敏胶的性能

摘  要: 以氢化丙烯酸松香为增黏树脂,将其溶解在丙烯酸酯单体中,预乳化后采用半连续乳液聚合工艺制备了氢化丙烯酸松香/丙烯酸酯复合乳液。研究了氢化丙烯酸松香的用量对单体转化率、凝胶率、溶胶相对分子质量及其分布、乳胶膜的玻璃化温度(Tg)和压敏胶粘接性能等的影响。结果表明,氢化丙烯酸松香对单体聚合具有一定的阻聚作用,随着氢化丙烯酸松香用量的增加,单体转化率、凝胶率及相对分子质量下降,相对分子质量分布变窄。氢化丙烯酸松香的合适用量为8.0%wt,此时压敏胶的初黏力为15#,180°剥离强度为10.6N.25mm-1,持黏力大于120h。 Hydrogenated acrylic rosin/acrylate composite emulsion was prepared by pre-emulsification semi-continual emulsion polymerization with hydrogenated acrylic rosin as tackifier which was dissolved in the acrylate monomers. The effects of amount of hydrogenated acrylic rosin on the monomer conversion rate, gel rate, molecular weight and distribution of the sol, glass transition temperature of copolymer and properties of the pressure sensitive adhesive were investigated. The results showed that hydrogenated acrylic rosin played a role of inhibitor. Monomer conversion rate, gel rate, and molecular weight decreased and molecular weight distribution became narrow with the increase of the amount of hydrogenated acrylic rosin. The pressure sensitive adhesive was obtained and its probe tack was 15#, peel strength was 10.6 N ·25mm-1 and the holding power was over than 120h when the amount of the hydrogenated acrylic rosin was 8.0%wt.
