摘 要: 通过引入能量系数kt、振幅系数kA和正弦波负半周脉冲个数n,同时引入最大脉冲平均电流Ia和最小焊接电流即维弧电流Im,建立了可以通用的正弦波调制脉冲MIG焊接参数关系式,并以其为数学模型,采用正交试验方法对其参数取值进行最优化匹配确定,进行基于数学建模的铝合金正弦波调制脉冲MIG焊专家数据库设计建设。通过2 mm厚铝合金焊接试验验证了所建专家数据库参数取值的正确性,并验证了正弦波调制脉冲MIG焊参数取值范围宽、鲁棒性好、易于操控等优势特点。为制造高性能数字化焊接设备及其专家数据库提供了新的理论和试验基础。 By introducing the energy coefficient(kt), the swing coefficient(kA), the pulse number(n) in per negative half periods of sinusoid, the most average(la) of current pulses and the least welding current(lm),this article established the universal relationship formulas of parameters in the sinusoid modulation pulse MIG welding,and by using orthogonal test to optimize and match the parameters, built the expert database in sinusoid modulation pulse MIG welding based on mathematical models of these relationship formulas.And processing 2 mm sheet aluminum alloy welding tests validated the correctness of the parameters in the expert database,and has validated advantages of large welding parameter working confine,good robustness,easy control ,etc. in the sinusoid modulation pulse MIG welding.And these provide a new theoretical and test foundation on developing of digital high performance welding machines equipped the expert database.
