摘　　要： 长期任职国子监的经历,促使韩愈学官社会角色形成,表现在其独特精深的教育思想、以教化为己任的师道观念、个性化的儒家文化宣扬策略、以及印记鲜明的文学创作等方面。从与常衮的比较可知,韩愈在潮州兴学崇教等各种活动,均有明显的自觉性,是学官角色内化的表征。学官角色通过贬潮对区域文学产生影响,主要表现为三方面:一是以兴学为基础推进潮州和袁州的文学教育,二是以宣扬礼乐文化为媒介形成区域文学中心,三是以地域文化双向互动传播为介质扩大区域文学影响力。 The long experience in the Imperial College leads to the formation of Han Yug xueguan role, which can be performed in a unique and intensive education thought, that is, education is as its mission of teacher identity, personalization of Confucian cul- ture to promote literature, mark clearing of literature creation and other aspects. From the comparison with Chang Gun, Han Yu thriving study and revering teaching and the same as a variety of activities in Chaozhou are obviously self - conscious, it is the xueguan role in the characterization. Xueguan role through the demotion affects regional literature mainly in three areas： the first is based on the thriving study to promote the literary education of Chaozhou and Yuanzhou; the second is to promote a culture of Rite and music as a medium to form regional literature center; the third is regional culture of two - way interactive communition - media expanding regional literary influence.
