摘　　要： 桩基础工程是一项综合性很强的施工工程,其施工方案的优劣直接影响工程的进度、质量和成本,针对钻孔灌注桩施工方案进行优化选择,主要包括方案初选和方案优选,其中运用了价值工程原理对灌注桩施工方案进行评价,最终确定出最优方案,从而实现工程项目经济效益、社会效益、环境效益的最佳结合。 Pile foundation engineering is a highly integrated construction engineering , the level of its construction scheme will directly effect the progress, the quality and the cost of the project . This paper will choose the best construction scheme ,including the primary election and the scheme optimization, and evaluate the construction scheme by using the value engineering methodology, to identify the best scheme and achieve the best combination of economic efficiency , social benefits and environmental benefits.
