摘 要: 为选择低能耗、低污染的农村基础设施建设适用建筑材料,建立兼顾材料技术性能及经济性能的建筑材料评价体系。利用统计方法,引入VE模型,综合分析各种农村基础设施常用建筑材料的技术性能、环境性能及经济性能,寻找出价值最高的建筑材料。得出结论:1)传统的建筑材料选用并不符合低能耗的要求;2)建筑材料"本土化"是重要手段;3)改变人们对建筑材料传统的认识至关重要。 In order to select the suitable building materials with tow energy consumption, and low environmental pollution, applicable to rural infrastructure; the evaluation system of building materials with technical performance and economic performance is proposed. By using statistical methods, presenting the model of VE, the technical performance, environmental performance and economic performance of various common building materials are comprehensively analyzed,and then the building material of highest value are found out. Concluded that: 1 ) the traditional building materials does not satisfy the requirements of low energy consumption ; 2 ) the "localization" of building materials is an important means;3) it is very crucial to change people's understanding of traditional building materials.
