摘 要: 提出了基于开放平台的过程总线继电保护软化试验方法。在开放的PC平台上模拟合并单元和智能开关的功能,通过PSCAD/EMTDC软件仿真电力系统故障和异常,将生成的数据经转换后打包成符合IEC 61850标准的SV和GOOSE网络报文,采用网络驱动程序接口规范实现报文的收发,与保护智能电子设备等形成一个无需专门继电保护测试仪参与的闭环测试系统,具有无硬件成本、灵活性高等优点。 A softened testing measure for process-bus based on open platform was proposed.Functions of merging unit and smart switch were simulated in an open PC platform.Power systems fault and abnormal circumstances were simulated in PSCAD/EMTDC creating data that are organized in IEC 61850 SV or GOOSE network message after data converted.To promote the real-time,a network driver interface specification is used directly to transmit and receive network message.Together with the tested intelligent electronic device,a close-loop testing system is therefore created without specified testers,thus sharing merits such as no hardware cost and high flexibility.
