摘　　要： 高等教育国际化是世界高等教育发展的重要趋势,民办高校国际化发展具有整体性、全局性、长远性战略影响和深远意义,科学规划"十二五"民办高校国际化发展战略极其重要。国内知名民办高校近年来在国际化方面奠定了良好的基础,开展了一系列的国际化项目,但仍存在诸多问题。该文针对这些问题,提出若干对策。 Internationalization is an important trend of higher education development in the world. Internationalization of non-gov- ernmental institutions of higher learning has holistie, comprehensive, and long-term strategic impact and far-reaching significance. Strategic planning of the development of internationalizing non-governmental institutions of higher learning during the ＂12^th five-year period＂ is extremely important. A number of prominent domestic non-governmental institutions of higher learning have laid good foundations in internationalization, and have launched a series of international projects. However, there still exist many problems. This paper proposes 10 measures to tackle such problems.
