摘　　要： 如何高效组合现有的各种自动测试设备的功能,改变传统测量结果的记录、存储方式,提高检测的可靠性和性价比,是电子产品测试领域迫切需要解决的问题。文中介绍了以图形化编程环境LabVIEW作为开发平台,集成多种硬件测试设备,构建无绳电话从PCB板到成品的生产全流程自动化检测系统的实现过程。所开发的系统能快速地校准产品的电压、频率等参数,为用户提供不合格产品的问题导向,提高了产品测试的自动化程度。 Changing the traditional ways of recording the measurement data and improving the test reliably and efficiently are urgent problems in the field of automatic test of electronic products.Setting up automatic test system by constructing with kinds of test devices has resolved the problems.This paper explained the design of automation test system in the process of cordless phone from PCB to final product by introducing the graphical programming LabVIEW as a development platform.The designed system can quickly calibrate the parameters of the products,provide users with the guide to finding the problems in unqualified products and improve the degree of automation in test.
