摘 要: 研究水处理剂GMT -A2 的缓蚀性能与其分子量大小的相互关系 .结果表明 ,经高速离心机分离后的GMT -A2 的低分子量组分 (MW=8× 1 0 2 ~ 8× 1 0 4)具有良好的缓蚀性能 ,而其高分子量组分 (MW >8× 1 0 5 )有良好的絮凝净化作用 .研究还证实 ,GMT -A2 水处理剂在絮凝净化与缓蚀两方面 ,都具有比上述单一组分更优越的应用效果 ,表明药剂GMT -A2 分子间有协同效应 . The relation between molecular size range and properties of corrosion inhibition of water treating agent GMT-A 2 was presented. The test results indicate that after centrifugation the part of GMT-A 2 with low molecular size range( M W =5×10 2~8×10 4) has good corrosion inhibition efficiency. The fraction with high molecular size range( M W >8×10 5) has good purification efficiency and has just a little corrosion inhibition capacity. Moreover, complex composition of GMT-A 2 gives synergetic effect on both flocculation and corrosion inhibition and makes better results than that of simple fraction.
