摘　　要： 麻醉学八年制医学教育要求培养具有深厚理论基础、较强的临床和科研能力、高综合素质的麻醉医学人才。根据八年制医学生培养的特点,在临床实习阶段运用模拟教学法,病例导入式教学法及担任住院总助理等教学方法,可保证麻醉学八年制医学生临床技能培训能全面有序地开展,保证临床教学的质量和培养目标。 The eight-year program medical education in anesthesiology is responsible for setting an education strategy and schedule for special medical students＇ training leading to assure all students to be a high standard anesthesiologist with a well medical knowledge, proficiency clinical skills and with a strong ability of science research. According to the training characteristic and the purpose in eight-year program students, some medical education methods including analogue or simulation, cases introducing of special disease and arranging students to assume as a assistant of chief resident have been developed in clinical internship stage. In this way, the clinical skill training has been carried out in order and in all the fields of anesthesiology; the education quality and the training purpose must be assured.
