摘　　要： 进行矿业项目国际直接投资需要研究当地国际直接投资环境,选择合适进入路径,才能保护其合法权益。文章在北京矿产地质研究院和中色地科矿产勘查股份有限公司近年来在墨西哥从事矿产风险勘探工作的基础上,从墨西哥投资环境及相关法律角度探讨在墨西哥进行矿业国际投资准入规则与策略,为我国企业进入墨西哥矿业投资市场提供必要的信息。 Developing international mining porjects that we need to study the investment environment in order to protect our legitimate rights and interests . Based on the exploration of mining in Mexico by Beijing Institue of Geology for Mineral Resources and Sino-tech Mineral Exploratio Co. ,Ltd, the authors discussed the investment environment and the legal admittance of Mexico mining investment,and provided some necessary information for China＇ s enterprises to enter into the Mexican mining investment market.
