摘　　要： 在创建"和谐教育"的过程中,教育内部冲突的存在是常态。社会学冲突理论视角下的教育领域中存在三组值得关注的矛盾(公办教育与民办教育、城市教育与农村教育、教育个人成本的增加与文凭贬值)。为促进"和谐教育"积极发展,应优化教育结构、缩小教育区域差距、协调发展大众与精英教育。 In the process of ＂Harmonious Education＂ construction,It is normal that internal conflict remains in education.In the view of sociological conflict theory,there are three obvious relationships in education（public and private education,city education and rural education,personal education cost increase and diploma devaluation）.To promote active development of ＂Harmonious Education＂,we should optimize educational structure,narrow the gaps of regional education and build up even development in mass education and elite education.
