摘　　要： 本研究通过剖析珠三角文秘人才市场情况,建议采用项目教学法(PBL)来改革文秘英语课堂教学。通过就项目教学法在高职文秘英语口语训练中的实际应用进行研究和探讨,并对实验教学的过程和结果进行分析和讨论。从实验数据的分析结果看,基于项目教学法的高职文秘英语口语训练模式对提高学生的文秘英语口语技能有显著作用,对提高学生的文秘专业认同度和英语学习兴趣有积极作用。 This study, by analyzing the situation of the Pearl River Delta secretary talent market, suggests the proposed project pedagogy （PBL） in reforming of secretary English teaching. Through research and study on the practical application of project teaching in vocational secretary spoken English training, and the experimental teaching process and the results are analyzed and discussed. From the analysis of experimental data, it can be seen that vocational secretary spoken English training model based on project teaching plays a significant role in improving student secretarial spoken English skills, and has a positive effect on improving the professional identity of the students to secretarial degree and interest in learning English.
