摘　　要： 近年来高等农业院校农学类毕业生就业形势有所好转,然而细究地方农业院校实际就业情况,并结合我国农业发展态势,农学类毕业生的就业情况仍有较大的改善空间,就业趋势亦可持续向好发展。这就要求地方农业院校在寻求政策支持的同时,切实摆正人才培养主体位置,积极探索培养机制,提高人才培养质量,加强学生职业生涯规划教育力度,设法引导学生服务"三农",使人才培养真正惠及"三农"。 The recent years witnessed the improved employment situation of agricultural college graduates,but the space for further improvement existed for employment in consideration of local agricultural colleges and the agricultural endeavors of our country.Apart from seeking the policy support,the local agricultural colleges were supposed to give priority to their talent training,reform their educational programs and mechanism,upgrade the educational quality,enhance the career planning education,and orient the graduates to the service of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
