摘 要: 高校思政系列青年教师寻求可持续职业发展道路并养成爱岗敬业精神,须不断强化四种职业意识:一为使命意识,即坚定信仰,培养使命感;端正认识,培养光荣感;教学相长,培养成就感;直面压力,培养超越感。二为团队意识,即借团队合作增加教师间情感联系,强化业务交流并促成教师职业发展。三为研究意识,包括理论修养意识,技术手段和方法意识,调查意识,学科与科研意识以及内省意识等。四为人本意识,即维护学生尊严,理解学生情感,关心学生生活,发展学生人格。 The tertiary ideological and political junior faculty are supposed to develop the following four types of career consciousness for their sustainable career and tacit professional ethic and understanding elevation: Firstly,the consciousness of mission-firm beliefs with a sense of mission,unbiased conception with a sense of honor,learning in teaching with a sense of reward and achievement and facing up the challenge with an air of transcendence.Secondly,the consciousness of teamwork-interpersonal relationship strengthened in the teamwork and career improvement facilitated in the academic exchanges.Thirdly,the consciousness of research-the consciousness of theoretical self-cultivation,methodology,evidential studies,disciplinary construction,scientific exploration and self-reflection and meditation.Fourthly,the consciousness of human-centered philosophy-maintaining students' dignity,develo-ping empathy for students' feelings,showing concern for their campus life and nurturing their personality growth.
