摘　　要： 生物素作为各种羧化酶的辅助因子，参与机体的三大营养物质代谢，是家禽不可或缺的重要营养物质之一。本文在生物素的营养吸收机制和生理功能系统分析的基础上，重点介绍了家禽对生物素的需要量及利用率，同时阐述了影响生物素利用率的营养因素和家禽生物素缺乏症的表现。 Biotin is essential for growth and health as a coenzyme for many carboxylases involved in the metabolism of glucose, amino acids and fatty acids in poultry. Based on the . system analysis of absorptive mechanism and physiological function of biotin, biotin requirement and availability were discussed in detail. The nutritional factors of biotin availability and biotin deficiency were discussed.
