摘　　要： 农地保障功能的实现形式经历了从实物供给到货币通约的变革,由此导致了农地保障功能的衰弱。建构农民保障体系中,土地依旧扮演着不可或缺的角色,需在多元选择中适时统筹制度安排。 Realization forms of land security function have changed from physical supply to money incommensurability,which led to decline of land security function.In constructing peasantry security system,the land still plays a crucial role,and need to co-ordinate institutional arrangements in diverse selections.
