摘　　要： 为适应新时期学生思想政治教育和基层党建工作面临的新形势、新要求,高校党校应该发挥互联网思想政治教育的强大阵地优势,积极探索网络信息技术环境下的新型党校教育模式。本文全面总结了云南农业大学网上党校的建设与运行成效,深刻查找存在的问题,遵循网上党校教育培训的基本规律,针对性地提出了进一步完善网上党校的功能设计与系统建设方案。 In order to adapt to the new situation and request of the student ideological and political education and party construction in the new period, party schools of universities should give full play to ideological and political education powerful position advantage of the internet, and explore new kinds of party school education modes in the network information technology environment. The paper completely summarized construction and results of online party school of Yunnan Agricultural University, deeply seeked existing problems, and getting with the basic rules for education and training of online party schools, targetedly offered optimal solutions of functional design and system construction for further perfecting online party school.
