摘 要: 在pH值为5.0的磷酸盐缓冲液中,采用循环伏安法(CV)和恒电位库仑电解法研究了8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的电化学行为.研究结果表明,8-OHdG在+0.62 V电位产生一灵敏的阳极氧化峰,该电化学氧化过程为不可逆吸附过程,电极反应电子转移数为6,质子转移数为4. Electrochemical behavior of 8-hydroxy-2 '-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) in the phosphate buffer (pH 5.0) has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and bulk electrolysis with coulometry on a glassy carbon electrode. The results showed that a sensitive oxidation peak with a peak of +0.62 V was obtained for 8-OHdG by CV. The electrode oxidation process of 8-OHdG at glassy carbon electrode is irreversible. It is proposed that the number of electron and proton involved in the oxidation of 8-OHdG are 6 and 4, respectively.
