摘 要: 研究了3种不同光质(8红1蓝、6红2绿1蓝、6红3蓝)LED灯对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响。试验结果表明,8红1蓝(8R1B)LED灯处理下,黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶面积、壮苗指数、地上部和全株鲜质量均显著高于另2个处理;而6红3蓝(6R3B)LED灯处理下,黄瓜幼苗根系活力和叶片的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量及净光合速率均显著高于另2个处理,该处理黄瓜幼苗的气孔导度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素a/b比例较高。 The effects of light quality on the growth of cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.) seedlings were studied by using three different Light Emitting Diode(LEDs)(red∶blue=8∶1,8R1B,red∶blue=6∶3,6R3B,red∶green∶:blue=6∶2∶1,6R2G1B,12 h,50 μmol·m-2·s-1).The results showed that,under the 8R1B treatment,the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,seedling index,fresh weight of shoot and whole plant were significantly higher than those of the other two treatments.While under the 6R3B treatment,the root activity,contents of soluble protein and sugar,net photosynthesis rate of the seedling leaf were significantly higher than those of the other two treatments,with the seedlings possessing higher stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,content of chlorophyll a and ratio of chlorophyll a/b.
