摘　　要： 根据土木工程应用型示范专业建设要求,以改革和创新为先导,优化人才培养方案,构建土木工程应用型本科人才培养模式.结合工作实践,对培养目标、培养方案和培养途径等问题进行分析探讨.为培养综合素质高、动手能力强的土木工程应用型本科人才提供参考. Combining the civil engineering characteristics, this paper constructed civil engineering training mode. The mode solved the training goal, training plan and training methods,in which school civil engineering of Jiaying University is put as an example. The model can provide reference for training high - quality, practical and innova- tive civil engineering majors.
