摘　　要： 由于泉州的自然、社会、人文、历史等原因,孕育形成了泉州地区独特的文化地域性格。从建筑美学的角度对泉州侨乡民居建筑进行研究,通过对侨乡民居建筑典型案例的审美分析,研究分析泉州侨乡民居建筑的建筑意境美、空间构造、建筑材料、装饰匠艺,总结出泉州地区侨乡民居的地域性、文化性、时代性的文化内含与建筑美学的四个基本特征,为今后的建筑创作的审美传承与借鉴提供可行性研究。 As a result of reasons and so on Quanzhou＇s nature, society, humanities, history, breeding has formed the Quanzhou area unique culture region disposition.Conducts the research from the construction esthetics angle to the Quanzhou overseas Chinese district common people residence construction, through to the overseas Chinese district common people residence building illustrative case esthetic analysis, explores the Quanzhou overseas Chinese district common people residence construction construction ideal condition America, the spatial structure, the building material, decorates the artisan skill, summarizes the Quanzhou area overseas Chinese district common people residence localization, the cultural property, the contemporaneity cultural content and the construction esthetics four basic characteristics.Will provide the feasibility study for the next construction creation esthetic inheritance and the model.
